  1. Improvement of lubrication capacity : Lubrication capacity is substantially increased by extracting crystal of MOS2 from all inside hard film by secondary electrolysis. Coincidentally, anti-abrasion is exerted excellently and capacity of frozen part is improved
  2. Improvement of anti-corrosion : Keep 4 times anti-corrosion as much as existing chrome plating by F.D.L coat treatment.
  3. Improvement of insulting capacity : Generally, electric insulting capacity of hard oxidation film is about1 µ10V but its insulting destructive voltage is improved after and before 50% by removal of MOS2and also original resistance of volume is improved over a unit. Generation of micro-crack is decreased considerably.
  4. Improvement of hard property and anti-abrasion capacity : Hardness of Aluminum reaches at HV 400 by taking hard film processing. Hard property of hard amulet is more improved by permeating MOS2 up to its base part deeply. Difference of acting friction coefficient appears according to change of other materials. For example difference of F.D.L coat is about 1/2.
  5. Improvement of heatproof ability of high pure property : Any film-thickened processing is possible because surface film is uniform and smooth surface is possible by grinding and lapping processing. Especially, it is optimum in the field necessary for high fine surface. It has effect on prevention from melted and attached action by fire because MOS2 permeated inside hard film keeps lubricating capacity even in high temperature.
  6. Interior materials with a color tone in appearance beauty : Aluminum shining in silver color becomes nature color forming in black color by oxidizing film processing and comes to chocolate color with a color tone in appearance beauty by removing MOS2. So it can be used as an interior material
